加油站VOCs治理设备日常维护要点

加油站的三次油气回收装置投运之后,真正的考验才开始。膜分离组件、压缩冷凝机组、防爆电控箱,这些核心部件各有各的老化节奏,维护跟不上,回收率会悄悄下滑,排放浓度会慢慢抬头。本文按设备部位整理一套可执行的日常维护清单,供油站管理人员和运维人员参考。

膜组件是膜分离工艺的心脏,它的分离性能会随累计运行时间缓慢衰减。建议每次巡检记录膜前压力和膜后压力差,压差上升说明膜面有污染物堆积或进气含液;进气前端务必保证气液分离器工作正常,液态油进入膜组件是膜寿命的头号杀手。根据实际工况,膜组件通常需要按运行小时数定期更换,具体周期以现场压差和排放浓度数据为准,不要等排放超标了才换。

It is recommended to record the pressure difference between the membrane before and after each inspection. An increase in pressure difference indicates the accumulation of pollutants on the membrane surface or the presence of liquid in the inlet air; The front end of the intake must ensure the normal operation of the gas-liquid separator, and the entry of liquid oil into the membrane component is the number one killer of membrane life. According to the actual working conditions, membrane components usually need to be replaced regularly based on the number of operating hours. The specific cycle is subject to the on-site pressure difference and emission concentration data. Do not wait until the emissions exceed the standard before replacing.

压缩冷凝机组:制冷剂、换热面与油位三查

冷凝段依赖压缩机的制冷循环把油气温度降下来。日常检查三件事:一是制冷剂压力是否在正常范围,压力异常偏低多半是泄漏;二是换热器翅片和管束是否积尘、结垢,换热效率下降会直接抬高出口温度;三是压缩机润滑油位和油质,缺油或油乳化会缩短压缩机寿命。冷凝段出口温度建议每天记录一次,温度持续走高就是换热或制冷出问题的信号。

The condensation section relies on the refrigeration cycle of the compressor to lower the temperature of the oil and gas. There are three things to check daily: first, whether the refrigerant pressure is within the normal range. If the pressure is abnormally low, it is likely a leak; The second issue is whether there is dust or scaling on the fins and tube bundles of the heat exchanger. A decrease in heat transfer efficiency will directly raise the outlet temperature; The third is the lubricating oil level and quality of the compressor. Lack of oil or oil emulsification can shorten the service life of the compressor. It is recommended to record the outlet temperature of the condensation section once a day. If the temperature continues to rise, it is a signal of heat exchange or cooling problems.

防爆电控与安全附件:红线部位不能省

装置用于加油站这类爆炸危险区域,防爆接线盒、防爆电机、接地系统是安全底线。定期检查防爆接线盒密封面有无损伤、紧固件有无松动、电缆引入装置是否压实;测量整机接地电阻,保证处于合格范围。呼吸阀、阻火器、泄压装置等安全附件按厂家要求定期校验,动作压力异常要及时处理。任何电气检修必须先断电,由具备防爆电气作业资质的人员操作。

Regularly check whether the sealing surface of the explosion-proof junction box is damaged, whether the fasteners are loose, and whether the cable entry device is compacted; Measure the grounding resistance of the entire machine to ensure it is within the qualified range. Safety accessories such as breathing valves, flame arresters, and pressure relief devices should be regularly calibrated according to the manufacturer's requirements, and any abnormal operating pressure should be promptly addressed. Any electrical maintenance must first be powered off and operated by personnel with explosion-proof electrical operation qualifications.

撬装式油气回收装置结构紧凑,日常巡检建议按日、周、月三个层级安排:每日看运行参数(处理量、温度、压差、排放浓度)和有无异响泄漏;每周查气液分离器排液、过滤器压差、接地连接;每月做一次冷凝机组和膜组件的深度检查,同步校核在线监测仪表。每次维护都记录在案,参数出现趋势性变化时及时安排检修。
