防爆和材质写死合同：整机Ex dⅡBT4起步，含卤素介质换316L或钛换热管，别拿201不锈钢赌寿命。

Explosion proof and Material Deadly Contract: Starting from Ex d Ⅱ BT4, the whole machine includes halogen medium and 316L or titanium heat exchange tubes. Don't bet on the service life with 201 stainless steel.

三个容易翻车的细节：冷箱温度别盲目卷到-180℃，轻组分占比低时多降20℃可能多烧60%电；脱附气用氮气闭环，别敞口放散造成二次挥发；活性炭更换记录和危废联单要能对应，台账断档比超标还容易被罚。
