超低温油气回收设备应用场景与技术选型

超低温油气回收设备的基本工作原理为:含VOCs的油气进入设备后,首先经过预冷换热器进行初步降温,随后进入多级冷凝系统。在逐级降温的过程中,不同沸点的烃类组分依次液化分离。液化后的油品经油水分离器处理后可直接回用。经过多级冷凝处理后,剩余尾气中VOCs浓度极低,可达标排放。
