很多老板环保督办单下来，第一反应是“加一台末端处理机”。结果三次装完，在线监测还是卡线。不是新机不行，是你把钱花在了第三段，前两段的漏洞还在往大气里吐气。

Many bosses' first reaction when receiving environmental supervision orders is to "add an end processor". After installing it three times, the online monitoring still got stuck. It's not that the new device doesn't work, it's that you spent your money on the third paragraph, and the loopholes in the first two paragraphs are still venting in the air.

油气回收其实是三段接力，不是三台独立机器：

Oil and gas recovery is actually a three-stage relay, not three independent machines:

一次回收：油罐车卸油时，把地罐里被挤出来的油气顶回槽车，运回油库处理。核心看卸油口、快速接头、槽车密封，和“设备”关系不大。

One time recycling: When the oil tanker unloads oil, the oil and gas squeezed out of the ground tank are pushed back to the tanker and transported back to the oil depot for processing. The core focus is on the oil discharge port, quick connector, and tank truck seal, which have little to do with the "equipment".

二次回收：加油枪边加边吸，把油箱冒出来的油气抽回地罐。核心参数是气液比 1.0~1.2，枪罩不漏气、真空泵不衰减、胶管不裂。

Secondary recycling: The refueling gun adds fuel while suctioning, pulling the oil and gas coming out of the fuel tank back into the ground tank. The core parameters are a gas-liquid ratio of 1.0~1.2, no air leakage from the gun cover, no decay of the vacuum pump, and no cracking of the hose.

三次回收：地罐因为昼夜温差“小呼吸”、或者前两段带回来的多余气量，压力一高就启动末端装置处理。它是“兜底段”，不是“主力段”。

Triple recycling: Due to the temperature difference between day and night, or the excess air brought back by the first two stages, the ground tank will activate the end device for processing as soon as the pressure increases. It is the 'bottom line segment', not the 'main line segment'.

改造顺序反了，钱就白花：

If the order of renovation is reversed, the money will be wasted:

先测密闭性+液阻+气液比。这三项和GB 20952挂钩，任何一项不合格，罐压本来就不正常，三次机装了也是天天和高罐压打架。

First, measure the airtightness, liquid resistance, and gas-liquid ratio. These three items are linked to GB 20952. If any one of them is not qualified, the tank pressure is already abnormal, and even after three machine installations, we have to fight with high tank pressure every day.

一次、二次达标后，再算地罐真实呼出量。别按年销量选机，按单罐容积+卸油频次+当地昼夜温差算峰值气量，留15%~20%余量。

After meeting the standards once and twice, calculate the actual exhalation volume of the ground tank. Do not select machines based on annual sales volume, calculate peak gas volume based on single tank capacity+oil unloading frequency+local day night temperature difference, leaving a margin of 15% to 20%.

最后才定三次路线：小站、销量低、前两段做得好，可以只做智能ORVR枪+压力联锁，不一定非要上冷机；大站、油库、装车栈台，走“冷凝+吸附”或“冷凝+膜”，别用单一活性炭顶全程。

Finally, we decided on three routes: small stations, low sales, and good performance in the first two sections. We can only focus on the intelligent ORVR gun and pressure interlock, without necessarily having to use a refrigeration system; For large stations, oil depots, and loading platforms, use "condensation+adsorption" or "condensation+membrane" instead of using a single activated carbon for the entire process.

三个现场最容易踩的坑：

The three easiest pitfalls to step on site:

二次气液比调到1.3以上，看起来“吸得猛”，其实把大量空气抽进地罐，罐压反升，三次机启停频繁到罢工。

The secondary gas-liquid ratio is adjusted to 1.3 or above, which looks like it is "sucking vigorously", but in fact, a large amount of air is drawn into the ground tank, causing the tank pressure to rise and the third machine to start and stop frequently until it strikes.

回油管坡度不够1%，冷凝下来的油液排不回罐，积在机组里，轻则带液重则冻堵。

The slope of the oil return pipe is less than 1%, and the condensed oil cannot be discharged back into the tank, accumulating in the unit. If it is light, it may carry liquid, and if it is heavy, it may freeze and block.

三次机和地罐压力传感器不同步，罐压刚到+150Pa它才慢慢启动，峰值早就从呼吸阀跑了。

The third machine and the ground tank pressure sensor are not synchronized. It only starts slowly when the tank pressure reaches+150Pa, and the peak value has already escaped from the breathing valve.

顺手一条红线：别信“装了三次就免检前两段”。环保抽查第一项永远是气液比和密闭性，前两段不合格，末端再贵也救不回来。

A handy red line: Don't believe that 'the first two sections are exempt from inspection after being installed three times'. The first item of environmental inspection is always the gas-liquid ratio and airtightness. If the first two stages are not qualified, no matter how expensive the end is, it cannot be salvaged.

把“先堵前两段、再算真实呼出量、三次只做兜底”这三句钉在改造方案封面，同样预算能一次过审，不会年年返工。

Pin the three sentences "block the first two paragraphs first, then calculate the actual call volume, and only do the bottom line three times" on the cover of the renovation plan, so that the budget can be reviewed once and there will be no annual rework.
