一次、二次油气回收系统靠管道和油罐形成密闭回路,密闭性不好,油气从泄漏点跑掉,回收率无从谈起。密闭性检测通常是对系统加压或抽真空,观察压力保持情况,超过允许压降即判定不合格。日常管理中,管线接口、人孔、量油孔、呼吸阀法兰都是易泄漏点,巡检时重点看有无油气味、油渍和锈蚀,发现异常及时排查修复。
The primary and secondary oil and gas recovery systems rely on pipelines and oil tanks to form a closed loop, which is not well sealed. Oil and gas can escape from the leakage point, and the recovery rate cannot be discussed. Tightness testing usually involves applying pressure or vacuuming to the system, observing the pressure holding situation, and determining that it is unqualified if it exceeds the allowable pressure drop. In daily management, pipeline interfaces, manholes, oil measuring holes, and breathing valve flanges are all prone to leakage points. 气液比衡量加油过程中回收的油气量与加油量的比例,是二次油气回收的核心指标。气液比过高会把空气抽进油罐,增加三次回收装置的负荷;过低则油气回收不充分,油气从油箱口逸散。日常要用气液比检测仪按规范频次抽检,发现偏离及时调整真空泵或比例阀,保证回收效果和加油体验的平衡。

三次油气回收装置的任务是把油罐区排出的高浓度油气处理到低浓度排放,排放口浓度是衡量其性能的硬指标。装置运行中要持续监测排放浓度,膜分离加压缩冷凝的组合工艺设计上能把排放浓度控制在很低的水平,但前提是装置工况正常:进气浓度、处理量在额定范围内,膜组件和冷凝机组状态良好。排放浓度出现趋势性上升,通常意味着膜组件老化、冷凝效率下降或预处理失效,应尽快排查。

密闭性是基础,气液比管回收过程,排放浓度管最终结果,三者相互影响:密闭性差会拉低回收率,气液比失衡会推高三次回收负荷,进而影响排放浓度。建议加油站建立台账,把密闭性检测、气液比抽检、排放浓度记录放到一起看,数据联动分析,比单看任何一个指标都更能发现系统性问题。
